Delete Your Account

You can delete your Once Upon America account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open Once Upon America and go to the Settings tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2 — By request

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@onceuponamerica.us with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address on your account (or tell us which account to delete). We verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your parent account and sign-in (Apple or Google).
• Your child profiles and their listening history.
• Your saved favorites and download records.
• Your subscription/customer record with our billing provider (RevenueCat).

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you subscribe again later, you may need to use Restore Purchases to re-sync an existing store subscription.

About your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription’s billing. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google — cancel anytime in your App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions) settings.

Data we may retain

After deletion we may keep a limited record where required to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations (for example, a record that a transaction occurred). We do not use retained records for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
