Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them there:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Once Upon America.
- Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Once Upon America.
You can also tap Manage subscription in the app under Settings.
I subscribed but don’t see my access
Open the app → Settings → Restore purchases. That re-syncs an existing subscription to your account.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. You can also request deletion on our account deletion page.
What ages is it for?
The stories are written for young listeners — roughly ages 4–10. It’s ad-free and screen-free — audio only.
Do stories work offline?
Yes — download a story from its player or the Downloads screen and it plays without a connection. Downloads live on your device.
